As we all await the coming spring, many of us are planning and preparing to set out a vegetable or herb garden of some sort. And I would imagine if you aren’t, you know someone who is.
This giveaway is for all of you readers who garden or are aspiring to grow some of your own produce. Thank You, everyone, for being such an encouragement to me in these first 11 months!
I am sure this handy little reference guide will give you plenty of ideas or helpful information. For each of the 425 color photos, there is a corresponding page of text covering the basics, how-to-grow, and harvesting instructions.

When looking to grow herbs, one of the most important elements is the garden soil you will be using. Not enough can be said about preparing a bed in order to plant a successful garden. This is just as important whether you are starting your first herb garden, or preparing your existing garden for the spring and summer to come.

Looks like a good book. I am hoping this will finally be the year of the garden, we have had a lot of obstacles to over come but this spring looks like it will be the one we get the garden doing more than a few plants and tomatoes. I have big plans.
