My Picks Of The Week/ ‘EOA’ Link-Up #23

As I tried to write this post (Tuesday evening), the power went down in a large area of our county. My dear helpful husband took me to a Starbucks to use the WIFI and get a decaf. He offered me use of his laptop, but it was a comedy of errors as I tried to use Internet Explorer (yikes!) without a mouse. I am so used to Google chrome and a keyboard. The old saying took on special meaning…’you can’t teach an old dog new tricks!” Finally the power came back on, and He whisked me back home in the chariot to work with a will :)

I am glad to welcome you to ‘Encourage One Another’ Wednesday!

Here are the Picks Of the Week:

Mothers and Maidens of all ages, JES from Heroines Of The Faith was convicted about pampering her daughter but being began to see the word “princess” in a new light. A princess could also be a daughter of the King... the King of Kings! This is a message worth teaching, and she will show you how to conduct a Godly Princess Unit Study fit for a Daughter of the King. I wish I had this years ago, but it is not too late!

This is a delightful treat for the eyes and a rich teaching tool!

Ebay as a cottage industry has always fascinated me. I found the answers to many of my questions as Rhonda at Walking With Sarah gives some of the secrets about how to turn this into a way to make money at home with things you already have but don’t want. Take a visit and learn how you might profit, too.

Being the daughter of a Dutch father, this post resonates with me on so many levels. Beth over at Wisemommies in a humorous way shares how the man she would someday marry changed her perspective on wearing shoes in the house. There are health benefits we all should know!

I can’t wait to see what you have for us this week! Thank you for sharing your encouragement!
