Lauren {A Corner Pillar} decided she’d make her own Sweet Strawberry Ice Cream after reading the labels at the store. This is the classic ‘real’ ice cream of our parents and grandparents.

 JES writes at {Strangers and Pilgrims On Earth} and does a delightful job creating a Unit Study on Bees. I highly recommend this study for the home-educating family.

And I love Paula’s Chicken-Coop Plans  at {Whole Intentions} for those of you who are homesteading!
